Returns & Exchanges

Need to return or exchange your new pair of Art-Craft Suns? No problem! Here's everything you need to know.


Is my order eligible for a free return or exchange?

  • All orders placed within the U.S. on artcraftsunglasses.com — except for AERO Aviation Technology™ sunglasses with prescription lenses — are eligible for free return or exchange within 30 calendar days of original purchase.
  • Art-Craft Sun products purchased from an authorized dealer or third-party vendor are not eligible for exchanges or returns through artcraftsunglasses.com. In these instances, please contact your place of purchase.
  • Products with custom engraving are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Some items — such as AERO Aviation Technology™ sunglasses with prescription lenses, gift cards, or sale items — do not qualify for exchange or return. Art-Craft Optical reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges on all artcraftsunglasses.com orders.


Can I return or exchange AERO Aviation Technology™ sunglasses with prescription lenses?

Prescription lenses are nonrefundable. Please report any issues related to your prescription lenses within 30 days of receipt to Art-Craft's Customer Service team at CSD@artcraftoptical.com. Please note:

  • If you do not adapt to your Digital HD prescription lenses within 90 days, Art-Craft will replace the original prescription lenses with a set of standard single vision or standard progressive prescription lenses in the same frame (including the same lens color).

  • Lenses will be remade at a 50% discount if the original prescription lens was made within 90 days. No changes from the original frame, lens color, or lens style will be permitted.

  • Changes to your prescription lens order can be made if the lenses are not already in process. Canceled jobs and duplicate jobs will be billed at 50% of the quoted price.


What if I placed my order outside the U.S.?

We will gladly accept returns on orders placed internationally, but please note that international return shipping is the sole responsibility of the sender. We recommend using a shipping service with parcel tracking, as Art-Craft Optical is not responsible for any theft or loss during package transport.


How can I request a repair to my Art-Craft Sun product(s)?

What do I need to include when returning my Art-Craft Suns?

  • Sunglasses — which must be unused and free of any damage or signs of wear on the frames and lenses
  • All original packaging (box, case, cleaning cloth, and travel pouch) must be included in your return, in original condition
  • Please include the following information inside the package:

    • Full name
    • Street address
    • Phone number
    • Email address
    • Your original packing slip
    • A brief description as to why you would like to return the product


How do I return my item(s)?

  1. Contact Art-Craft Optical's Customer Service team to obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA):

  2. Once you receive your RMA number from us, you have 7 days to ship your item(s) to the following address:

  3. Print your RMA number on the outside of your return package.
  4. Please also include the original packing slip inside the return package.
  5. To avoid delays in processing your return, be sure to include your original Order Number for reference.
  6. Be sure to keep track of your confirmation of delivery to us.


Please note: We will process your requested refund when we receive your package from the carrier. If we don't receive your item from the carrier within 14 days of your request for an exchange or return, your original purchase amount may not be refunded or applied to your exchange order.

If you're requesting repairs to your Art-Craft Sun product as part of our Limited Warranty Program, we'll contact you once our inspection is complete and we're ready to process your repair request.


Art-Craft accepted my return — why haven't I received my refund?

Depending on your bank and its standard processing times, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be posted to your account.
