How long will it take to process and receive my order?
Orders placed with Art-Craft Optical are processed only during business weekdays, not on weekends or U.S. holidays. Most orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of receipt. Delivery dates will vary, depending on the carrier, shipping service, and delivery location selected at checkout.
Please note: Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Most Two-Day and Next-Day Priority orders can be delivered on Saturday but are not guaranteed.
What are your shipping costs?
Free shipping is available for orders totaling $99. or more that will be delivered within the U.S. The shipping carrier and service level used are determined at our discretion. You may elect another shipping offering of your choice at checkout, subject to additional charges.
Our free shipping option does not include international or expedited shipping. Customers outside the U.S., or "international customers," are responsible for shipping costs plus all applicable duties, fees, and taxes.
